Day Postpartum Support Pricing:
Tailored to aid in your recovery and allow for healing, rest and bonding, the typical Day Support shift is 3-4 hrs. Our support provides the comfort of an expert, with the feeling of an experienced friend or a mother figure to support you, and a shoulder to lean on, in a very emotional time in a woman's life. Sometimes a cup of tea, someone to hold space and a time to rest, is just what the soul and mind needs!
Day Support may consist of: Light housework, Laundry, Meal Prep/Cooking, Nursery Preparedness, Organizing, Sibling Support, Newborn Care, Newborn Feeding, Lactation Support, and opportunities for parents to Rest and seek Self-Care.

Sunrise Support: tailored with the needs of the family in mind, provides an extra set of hands to ease the stress of your morning routine! Imagine your fairy godmother making breakfast, cleaning up breakfast dishes, prepping lunch and dinner, getting baby ready for the day, allowing you to shower or dress & brush your teeth, or tend to your other children while baby is taken care of, or allowing you to get some extra rest.
Sunset Support provides calmness & help during the crazy evening madness! Our extra hands can make & clean up dinner, prep lunches & breakfast, help with bath time for baby/toddlers & care for baby while parents & other children settle in for the night. Our support is tailored to aid in your recovery and allow for healing, rest and bonding.

Overnight Postpartum/Newborn Support Pricing:
The typical Overnight Support Shift is 10 hrs. The comfort of an expert, the feeling of an experienced friend or a mother figure tending to your baby's needs while you rest for the night provides a tremendous peace of mind! During overnight support, we sleep when baby sleeps and must have a horizonal surface to do so. Your individual doula will talk with you about the overnight accommodations that work for her. Overnight Support consists of: Newborn Care, Diaper Changes, Feeding, Lactation Support, Cleaning Bottles & Pump Parts, Baby Laundry.

Sibling Care:
Caring for a sibling or extra child during any shift, beyond basic interaction (ie: feeding, bathing, bedtime routine, tending to sibling or child through the night)

Support offered through Ala Carte, fills the gaps to assist in the new changes that come in your journey in welcoming a new family member. Support is customized to each family!
