Day End-of-Life Support:
As your End-of-Life Doula, I provide customized support to you and your family. Day Support may consist of: Light housework, Laundry, Meal Prep/Cooking, Assistance with Banking or Finances, Home Preparedness, Organizing, Companionship, Reading, Emotional Support, and opportunities for family to Rest and seek Self-Care.

Standard Daytime Support:
$45/hr
This rate helps sustain our work for all families. It's for those who are able to pay in full.
Supported Daytime Support:
$30-40/hr
Choose this option if the full rate feels out of reach. It's here for families in a challenging time or living on a modest income.
Community Care Daytime Support:
$15-25/hr
This lower-cost tier has limited availability and is for those on a fixed income like disability, Social Security, or hospice leave
Overnight End-of-Life Support:
The nighttime hours can feel especially long and lonely during end-of-life transitions. As your End-of-Life Doula, I offer compassionate, watchful presence through the night—providing reassurance, peace, and emotional comfort when it's needed most.
Whether your loved one is sleeping soundly or restless and in need of a gentle hand, I am there—quietly tending, listening, and offering support. When they are at peace, I rest nearby so that I am ready to respond with calm and care through any wakeful moments. My goal is to ease the burden of the night so family members can rest or step away knowing their loved one is not alone.

CST: Craniosacral Therapy Myofascial Release
A gentle, hands-on technique that focuses on evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the craniosacral system—the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. This therapy supports the body’s natural healing processes and is intended to help reduce tension, promote relaxation, and improve overall wellbeing. CST services must be performed in accordance with current training, certification, and within the scope of non-medical holistic care.

These services are fully customizable and can be tailored to the unique needs of your household or your loved one’s care journey. Whether you need a single session or ongoing support, we're here to lighten the load with compassion and competence.
