1. Schedule Your Free 30-Minute Consultation

Call or text 864-712-5712 or complete our quick inquiry form to connect. We'll talk through your needs, answer questions, and see if we're the right fit.

2. Choose Your Support Plan

After your consult, let us know which services you're interested in—daytime support, overnight care, or a mix of both—and how long you'd like support to last. We’ll check availability and finalize the details.

3. Check your Benefits - Are you a Carrot Health Member?

Check your benefits! You may be eligible for covered care!

4. Secure Your Spot

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over your Postpartum Doula Agreement. A 50% retainer holds your place on our calendar. The remaining balance is due at 37 weeks or before support begins.

5. Give Us a Heads-Up

Birth Support: Give us a phone call when you're ready for us to support you & we will be there within 2 hours! 

Postpartum Support: Let us know when you’re in labor so we can prepare—and once baby arrives, we’ll schedule your first support shift!

End-of-Life Support: When you're ready for support, let us know and we'll schedule your first support shift!
