Deluxe Birth Support Package:

This package includes everything in the Classic Package with the addition of: 

• The Intentional Childbirth Preparation Class. 

This is a 4 hour intense “Birthing Boot Camp.” We cover everything from late pregnancy discomforts and what you can be doing now to prepare for your baby’s arrival, the mechanics and stages of labor, the importance of hormones, relaxation techniques, optimal positions and comfort measures. We also encourage the dads how they can be involved and best support their wives. We go over postpartum recovery and even common newborn issues. You will be educated and feel prepared and ready after our “Birthing Boot Camp” class. Presentation slides are sent by email afterward so you can digest and go over all that was learned.
