Postpartum Reflection Session

• Debrief and process your birth experience together

• Unlimited email, call, and text support throughout pregnancy and up to 6 weeks postpartum

Postpartum Planning and Support:

• 1 Virtual meeting to create a Postpartum plan together & education on basic postpartum information

• 4-hour postpartum care session that can include:

(In place of Postpartum Reflection session)

-Debriefing the birth, emotional support

-Tea infusion or warm drink of mother’s choice, served and followed by a foot bath and massage

-Help with light housework or laundry

-Prepare a sitz bath 

-Sibling support

-Basic breastfeeding help

I care deeply about the restoration of village-minded support—not to take the place of mothers, grandmothers, sisters or friends, but to invite more women to remember that this kind of care is their inheritance too. Through education and gentle encouragement, I hope to help reawaken what our modern world has forgotten: that women are made to care for one another in birth and beyond. Do you want your mother or your friend or a sister to support you through your birth? I am happy to help come alongside them to be there for you.

*Goal: Have your partner & 2-3 women in your life join in on the call to learn how they can best support you during the tender, early postpartum days.
