Postpartum Reflection Session

This package includes everything in the Classic Birth Support Package with the addition of:

Postpartum Planning and Support:

• 1 Virtual meeting to create a Postpartum plan together & education on basic postpartum information

• Instead of a Postpartum Reflection session, I will provide a 4-hour postpartum care session that can include:

-Debriefing the birth, emotional support

-Tea infusion or warm drink of mother’s choice, served and followed by a foot bath and massage

-Help with light housework or laundry

-Prepare a sitz bath 

-Sibling support

-Basic breastfeeding help

*Goal: Have your partner & 2-3 women in your life join in on the call to learn how they can best support you during the tender, early postpartum days.
