SAVI’S WARBLER Locustella luscinioides A.

Passage migrant and occassional breeder; rare for Anglesey.

2). 2019, 14th June – 25th July: Cors Ddyga RSPB. 2, 2nd calender year + male and 2nd calender year + female. 1 photographed.  (British Birds 113 p627-628).  It is noted by the WBRC that the Anglesey birds were seen carrying food and at least two young fledged. This represents the first breeding record for Wales.  (S&RBiW2019 p24).
