• Glossy, stiff, green leave and yellow/green unpleasantly scented flowers in clusters in May to November

Fruit:

• Oblong black fruit in April to September

Leaves:         

• New leaves are maroon

• Bark creamy grey, smooth to finely scaly

• Stems hairless

• Understorey shrub of around 2 m to 4m

• Dry Sclerophyll forest
