Synchronous Oscillators

The synchronous oscillator (SO) circuit is a type of oscillator that can be frequency synchronized to an external input signal. This means that the SO will produce an output signal that is at the same frequency as the input signal, but with a fixed phase offset.

The SO circuit is made up of a number of components, including 2 transistors. The frst transistor is used to amplify the input and turn it into a current signal. The second transistor is an oscillator which will lock to the current signal.
