In this project, I will explore several types of media and how to legally use the media without any legal trouble or consequences. This project would focus on learning about the copyright side of arts and media and how to apply the skills in different media samples.
Image/Graphic (png, jpg, gif)
Animation (gif)
Audio (mp3, wav)
Video (mp4, mov, avi, or embedded from YouTube/Vimeo, etc.)
This image was originally taken by me, which I then asked ChatGPT to edit her bald with the following words; "Make her bald" which generated an image of my friend bald. This was requested by my friend to see herself with no hair as they were contemplating it in the future.

This an audio is founded on a website called pixabay and is created by the user jumpingbunny and is called aa (SCREAM)
I chose this audio because it has a nice instrumental and has been the music I have been learning too lately.
aa (SCREAM) by jumpingbunny is marked CC0 1.0 Universal.
Meaning it allows the creator to waive all copyright and related rights worldwide, which places it in public domain and free to use without legally having to cite the artist.
This is a Patrick gif that I found on Giphy.
A animated gif is digital file format that combines multiple images in frames to mimic a continuous looping animation.
I could not find any licensing information I will use the TASL rule.

This is a embedded YouTube video of the song F.U.N by SpongeBob SquarePants.
This video is about SpongeBob singing a song about what friends are like and to get plankton to understand friendship.
I can't find any policy or licensing information on the channel, but according to the SpongeBob website it directly states "You must acknowledge the authorship of the original article, and For any reuse or distribution, you must make clear to others the license terms of this work."
This project has taught me the importance of copyright law and why it's important for the orginal creator to protect their across different medias. I learned that different types of media like Audio and Video have specific licensing considerations that both parties must understand and cooperate. Also the different licenses like creative commons and public domains in what they deem is permissible and allowed to use. Overall I gained an understanding of the legal ways of copyright to ensure I'm respecting the creators wishes.
