The climbers meetup has this year two modalities:
Fully independent outdoor climbers meet-up: Friday, Saturday, Sunday at 9:30
Independent climbers who still need some support outdoors: Saturday (with Emma) and Sunday (with Caro) at 9:30. Note: you should be able to know basic things as tying safely to a rope and belaying

This highly empowering workshop gives you not only basic self-defense techniques but most of all some strong psychological ground to recognise and defend your boundaries using both verbal and non-verbal communication.
We will work around:
the posture and self-defense techniques (we welcome ALL the bodies, regardless physical condition)

somatic memory
short and direct communication to stop unwanted behavior

Julienne aims to spread the hula hoop love over the globe.
