About Veera: Veera loved climbing and ornithology. Over the past few years, she has been combining these two interests and now find herself climbing (up trees) to work with the birds she is researching. That also brought her closer to becoming hobby birder. She loves feeling connected to nature through birds - they’re awesome!
Maria invites you to move with the nature, to find a deeper sense of grounding and alignment, and flow with the elements and the rhythm of your breath. Through a guided practice of deep listening and embodied awareness, we then enter a space of free movement, cultivating a heart-centered connection within and beyond ourselves.

Enter the magnetic world of Tribal Fusion Bellydance, where control meets mystery and power moves slow and intentional.
In this workshop, we explore basic Tribal Fusion movements, sharp hip isolations, and fluid arm patterns, building a strong foundation for expressive dance. The hips are a powerful and expressive part of Tribal Fusion - and as climbers, we often overlook how important hip mobility, flexibility, softness, and strength truly are for fluid movement and body awareness.
Loosen your hipsm get out of your head, and start the day through expressive movement. A moment to reconnect with your body, flow with the music, and discover strength and softness through dance.
You will need comfy pants, a dress or a colorful skirt, a comfy top, your smile and good mood
