Etiquette

Help us to keep a good relationship with the locals, who have been very supportive of our festival. Please keep the campground clean by using the toilets and pack out your own trash. In the Gasthaus, please keep the common area clean, and use the facilities in our building, leaving the restaurants to guests staying there.

Toilets and showers

At the campground, there is one bathroom and shower in the farmhouse, plus one portable toilet. You can walk 5 min to the Gasthaus for extra bathrooms and showers. You should use the bathrooms and showers in the Gasthaus with green windows where the festival participants stay. The restaurant with red windows has bathrooms and showers, but they are mostly for the guests staying and eating there. There is also a "Dusche" (shower) sign on a building on the road to the Gasthaus, but it belongs to locals, and costs 1CHF to use the bathrooms and showers.

Registration and Activities

Registration and activities happen in the campground area. If you arrive late, you can register the next day. The program is available here.

Food and Drinks

Paying for your drinks and donating to our group meals is important for us to balance the festival costs and make the festival accessible to everyone. At the campground, we will have homemade breakfast and dinner provided for a small donation (15 CHF/day). You can pay by cash (CHF/EUR 1:1) or bank transfer. Please bring your own bowl, cup and cutlery! Drinks and snacks can be purchased at the campground. For people staying at the Gasthaus, breakfast is at the restaurant area in the building with red windows next door from 7:30-10:00. Dinner will be together with all participants at the campground. You can get local eggs, cheese, meat, and honey at the Giessenparadies shop a 2-minute walk from Gasthaus (pay by CHF/EUR/twint). There is also a grocery store, Coop, in Göschenen.
