The Ivy League is the only league that played regular season games this weekend, so they will be the only ones covered.
Princeton clinched another win, and the Ivy League's NCAA berth after a 3-1 win against Columbia. Sam Davidson scored the first goal of the game in the 2nd minute for Princeton off a stroke. In the 6th minute, Meredith Heaney tied the game with a goal for Columbia. Beth Yeager continued her great penalty corner conversion rate, with a goal in the 33rd minute for the Tigers. Grace Schulze rounded out the scoring for Princeton with a goal in the 58th minute. Princeton outshot Columbia 17-2.
Bronte-May Brough scored both goals in the 2-0 Harvard win over Brown. Both goals came off of corners. Harvard outshot Brown 13-9. Brown's goalie Jodie Brine made 8 saves in the loss.
It took 71 minutes for a winner to be decided in the Penn vs. Dartmouth game. Penn scored their first goal off a stroke taken by Maya Geller. Gracyn Banks made the score 2-0. Payton Altman and Emilia Callahan then both scored for Dartmouth to send the game into overtime. In the overtime period, Livia Loozen scored off a pass from Elita Van Staden to give Penn the win.
Grace Leahy scored the lone goal in the 1-0 Cornell win against Yale. The first half was even with 6 shots coming from each team. After half-time Cornell took the pace into their hands with 5 shots in the third quarter. Yale was limited to just 1 shot in the second half of the game.
