Starting with the Big Ten, we have a new top 3!
Iowa moved into first, and is now predicted to go 14-4. The Hawkeyes started the weekend with a 1-2 loss to Maryland. They then bounced back to beat Rutgers 1-0 on Sunday, off of a goal from Leah Zellner.
Moving into second is Michigan, who is now predicted to go 12-4. They only played one match this weekend and made sure to get as many goals as possible. They beat Ball State 7-0. Lora Clarke and Abby Tamer scored two goals each, and Nina Apoola, Kate McLaughlin, and Erin Reilly all added one each. The team totaled 41 shots (24 on goal) and had 12 corners.

Maryland fell to fourth, despite having 2 wins. Dani Van Rootselaar was the hero of the weekend for the Terps scoring all four goals.
Next up is the American (not-so) East.
Vermont remains in first, despite suffering their first loss since opening weekend on Friday. The Catamounts started this weekend at UAlbany and fell 1-2 in double overtime. Their losing streak did not last long, as they bounced back to a 2-1 victory against Colgate on Sunday.
Maine flew into second after what has to be one of the highest-scoring games in recent history. They beat Merrimack college 13-0 on Sunday. Both Poppy Lambert and Mallory Mackesy scored 4 goals apiece in the win, Tereza Holubcova also scored and had 3 assists, while Madisyn Hartley had 5 assists in the game. Bryant dropped a little bit as they start to see harder competition. The Bulldogs started their weekend at New Hampshire, losing 0-5. They then traveled to New York to play Hofstra, where they ultimately fell 2-3 to the pride.
We have a new predicted winner in the Ivy League, as Harvard moves up to first.
Harvard went 1-1 on the weekend. They started off strong with a 2-1 win against UPenn, to make their winning streak 6 games in a row. That was quickly shut down on Sunday, as Saint Joseph's beat them in a 0-1 game.
Brown and Princeton are now tied for second. If it came down to goal differential, Princeton would take it with +14 compared to Brown's +13
UPenn pulled themselves out of last after beating LIU on Sunday 2-0. On Friday they played Harvard and fell 1-2.
Old Dominion is coming in hot, in the Big East, moving to second place. They only played one game this weekend and made the most of it winning, 4-0. Aubrey Mytych scored two goals. Goalkeeper Cam MacGillivray had 8 saves to give the Monarchs the shutout.
The only thing between Old Dominion and first place is Liberty's goal differential, to which they added 8 goals for and 6 goals against this weekend. Liberty played 2 games this weekend, starting strong with a 5-0 win against Quinnipiac. On Sunday they fought hard against UNC but ultimately did not beat the currently undefeated Tar Heels.
Wagner is quickly coming to take over Rider's spot at the top. Both teams are currently 5-5, although Wagner's goal differential is +4, while Rider's is +8. The Seahawks started this weekend at Merrimack, winning 7-0. Four goals came off the stick of Julia Pastorino. Daisy Ruhle had 7 saves in the shutout. On Sunday, despite leading in shots and corners, the Seahawks could not find the back of the net and lost 0-2 to Brown.
Rider is maintaining their thrown in an impressive fashion, beating #25 American 3-1 on Sunday, to give the program their first win against a ranked opponent in school history. Freshman Valeria Perales got the Broncs on the board first, and in the second quarter, Indy Zoontjens made it a 2-0 game. A few minutes into the fourth, Semra Said scored her first goal of the season to clinch the win for the Broncs. In a rather surprising turn of events, the Broncs did lose their first conference game of the season, falling 2-3 against Saint Francis.
Fairfield remained steady as they only had one game this weekend. They opened conference play against Sacred Heart and came out on top. The game-winning goal came from a penalty stroke, taken by Nora Amme. Amme also scored the second goal of the contest for the Stags, while Julianna Kratz scored the first.
Sacred Heart had a rough weekend as they remain 0-10 on the season and are predicted to come in last. They started the weekend with the aforementioned game against Fairfield. Sophomore goalie Samantha Maresca had 9 saves in the game. On Sunday, the Pioneers traveled to Monmouth, where they fell 0-8. Junior goalie Erin Burgess saw her first full game of the season. At the moment they are 0-3 in conference, with their most recent loss coming against Boston U. This past weekend they did not have any conference games, but they did travel to play Providence. They lost to the Friars 0-1.
UNC is still undefeated after beating Liberty 6-3 on Sunday. One interesting thing about UNC's schedule this year is the lack of scheduled games. Liberty is only playing 15 games this season when most teams play somewhere between 17 to 19. They only have 6 games left before the ACC tournament, with 4 being ACC opponents.
UVA had a victorious weekend, winning both games. They started with an in-conference opponent, Louisville, on Friday. They beat the Cards 2-0. Both goals came from freshman Daniela Mendez-Trendler.
