Sending free mental health packages to people in the UK who need a positive boost
Hello, my name is Alice and I started "Alice's Positivity Boxes" in July 2020.
Here, I send out free care boxes and free positive letters to those who may be struggling with mental health issues, are in-patient in a hospital, or just need a positivity boost in the UK. The letters include extras such as a teabag, stickers, and a helpline sheet.
Project mission
Helping people with their mental health, through a free positivity boost
Project Objects
1) Promote positivity through free care packages for anyone living in the UK
(regardless of age, gender, disability, race, belief or any other protected
characteristic under the Equality Act 2010)
2) Promote positivity through free positivity letters for anyone living in the UK
(regardless of age, gender, disability, race, belief or any other protected
characteristic under the Equality Act 2010)
3) Promote positivity and good mental health through social media posts
4) Promote positivity and good mental health through positive quotes and
affirmations
5) To promote and protect the physical and mental health of applicants in the UK
through the provision of a free care package and resources suited to their
condition(s)
