Anxiety


Anxiety is a beast but it can be defeated. For all of you that are suffering, the key is to remember that your thoughts create your reality but you can decide weather you keep it that way, or make your own path, where your heart guides you. You never have to feel alone in your own mind because you never are. Think of all the happy memories and all the good things! Pick out what you are grateful for, and focus on the good.


If you need to cry, cry

If you need to rest, rest

If you need to move, move

If you don’t know what you need, then that is ok too! Just remember do things for you and only you.



Sometimes, all you can do is breathe and tell yourself to let it go because it is going to be ok and those 3 seconds of you doing that can change everything.

Don’t hold yourself back from taking time to yourself and being yourself, let go and go leave the negativity behind.

You don’t need to figure out everything right now, there is no time limit on your emotions or how much time you need to spend taking care of yourself until you are better then ever.


So, calm yourself down because you don’t need to figure everything out right now, just take deep breaths and take it one step at a time and we will cross the next bridge when we get to it. Just know that someone is always by your side and that you are not alone and you are so much stronger then you think.
