I do not store any information (including address and other personal information) which is provided on these forms. The answers to these forms are deleted immediately after I have written the address on an envelope or box.
The forms do not determine who gets a letter or a package and who does not get one. Anyone who applies using these forms is entitled to a letter or a form providing that they have given me the correct information.
These forms are only used so I know who you are, where to send the letter or package too, and so I can personalise the contents to you. If you have any issues with filling in the forms, please contact me.
