Eating Disorders

If you don’t hear the voice in your head, it will scream. What if you didn’t listen even when it did? Well, easier said than done right? We’ll look at it this way, for every bite you take, you take control of one tiny voice in your head. For every mouthful, you take control of how they make you feel. For every meal, you shut down the system.

Now I know it’s not easy to just suddenly start eating, but be strong, take control, show those voices that they can’t control you, that you can be in charge of the system, and that you are so much stronger than they say you are! Show them that, through every tiny voice, you got through it and you are still here and that you are still going strong.

Even if it takes you longer than others to shut down the system, you are still taking your own path that will work. After all, it’s not the journey, or the way you go, or how you get there, it’s the destination and that you got there.
