Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own but it’s how you control and deal with that trouble that makes you happy again. Take one day at a time, take one second at a time and try to do everything for yourself and don’t think about anyone else while you make those choices.


You deserve to be loved and treated well, so love yourself the way that you want people to love you. Take time and take care of yourself because you deserve that! After all, you're the best version you can be, when your happy so do things for you,


You feel like you're on the edge, centimeters away from just ending it all. But what’s stopping you? I'll tell you what. It's that tiny bit of hope still in your heart, that urge to find out if you stay. Will it get better and will the storm pass? Will it get better? It will get better and the storm will pass I promise you.


A flower has to go through dirt before it can bloom. You are going to feel so bad at times but, after you come out the other side, you will be so much stronger than before. There is a reason why you are still here and a reason why you should deserve to be happy for who you are no matter what anyone else thinks.


Take some time to yourself. Focus on your breathing and have a self-care day. I promise you it will get better. You just haven’t bloomed yet but don’t worry a flower keeps growing and so will you so stay strong and breathe.
