Rationale: This was a paper I wrote about the importance of diversity in school and how it should be implemented. I did my research and talk about how educators can bring diversity in their community.

Self Evaluation: I really enjoyed writing this paper and looking back to see what I said. I truly stand by everything I wrote and believe Diversity is so important and as an educator I want to be a big advocate for it.
