Study in IT & Intellectual Property Law 2023 | AHZ Associates

Overview

In today's world, information technologies and intellectual property law, LLM have grown ubiquitous. Students will examine the solutions to two of the most pressing legal issues of the twenty-first century: the fate of law in the information age and the management and exploitation of various types of creativity, celebrity, and innovation in an advanced age. The information technology guideline works across jurisdictions, and administrative reactions cross-pollinate at the interface of domestic, regional, and international legislation. The course's goal is to provide practitioners with the knowledge to contextualise and situate themselves within this cross-fertilization.

Intellectual property law has evolved into an interdisciplinary field that encompasses law, engineering, medical science, economics, fine arts, and other disciplines. The Intellectual Property LLM looks into the legal aspects of patents, trademarks, agricultural and medical biotechnology, copyright and related privileges, and more.
