Olga Yenou is the Co-founder and CEO of TAFISSA a company specialising in the transformation of Cocoa in the Ivory Coast to Produce quality cocoa-based products.


Tafissa or "to lick your fingers" in the Baoulé language has come into play in the Ivorian cocoa processing sector. Powders, spreads, butter and other finished cocoa products, the ambitious company produces everything. 


TAFISSA cocoa processing plant has a capacity of 4000 tons of beans. Its products include cocoa liqueur, cocoa butter, natural cocoa powder and chocolate.


Olga has 25 plus years of experience in the cocoa processing business from processing unit creation to plant management.


The vision of TAFISSA is to add value to the Cocoa grown in the Ivory Coast and promote the consumption of healthy cocoa-based products in Africa. 


Olga holds a Master of Sciences in Industrial Engineering and an executive diploma from IESE Advanced Management Program (AMP) in Barcelona, Spain.
