With a wealth of experience in Organizational Management and a fervent commitment to community resource development, Rachel's expertise spans various sectors, including running small businesses and managing complex systems within community-based organizations and corporate settings. As the founder of Let's Create Together Foundation, Rachel has been a relentless advocate for raising awareness about chronic diseases, particularly sickle cell. Her foundation serves as a powerful advocacy hub, compelling the global community to know their genotype while providing essential support to families with children in Ghana affected by sickle cell. Her dedication extends beyond borders, as evidenced by her efforts in partnering with a manufacturer in Kenya to create pencils for school kids in Kisumu village, with special attention to those affected by sickle cell.
