Instructional Design

The leadership of EES, LLC has successfully overseen the implementation processes of several service oriented programs for schools, churches, and businesses. The implementation process includes:

1. Drafting, editing, finalizing, and submitting foundational paperwork for program approval

2. Creating and submitting presentations to use to gain approval or funding for programming.

3. Developing or entering data to populate program database

4. Creating and/or delivering professional development for each program

5. Creating / editing / finalizing organizational handbooks, schedules, and operating guidelines

6. Creating or securing measurement tools to evaluate program effectiveness.
