Elite Educational Services, LLC offers 3 Professional Development courses. Two of these courses are designed to apply to professionals who work with multicultural populations (Multi-Cultural Mastery) , and/or with clients who have experiences or are experiencing a traumatic live event (Trauma Sensitivity Mastery).

The third training we offer is for educators of students who serve trauma heavy communities. This training provides a classroom behavioral system based on mutual respect, self-control, emotional de-escalation (Peace-Based Classroom Management Mastery). This course takes a lot of time to give participants a working understanding of the social and legal elements behind PBIS systems, exposure and practice in using effective de-escalation techniques, and access to a model for planning and implementing an effective Tier I PBIS Classroom Behavior system.
