When searching for a student the Academic Institution field identifies the university through a unique 5 digit code. In some search tabs, the Academic Institution field is required, or may already be pre-populated. The Customer Service Team has access only to UH students using the following code:

Using this feature to bookmark all items on the index
Instructions:
On each landing page you will see an “Add To” button on the top left corner of the screen.
Click on the button to drop down a menu that will display: Homepage, NavBar and Favorites
Favorites will add the options to the Favorites list that can be accessed at the top right corner of the screen on all pages
Homepage will add it to the main PS homepage. Be sure to select “Campus Solutions Administrator” if you want to add the page on the first main menu.
Adding the page to the NavBar will add it to the main navigation list found on the NavBar at the top right of the screen
Using this feature to carry over ID numbers and institution code
Instructions:
NavBar- Navigator-Set Up SACR-User Defaults
In User Defaults 1 enter in 00730 in "Academic Institution. Press save
In User Defaults 4 click "Carry ID". Press Save
The Communication Center allows you to view all communications sent through PeopleSoft.
Once a student submits an application to the University of Houston, the application data is populated on the Maintain Application page. The Application Program Data tab keeps track of all the movement of the application when a decision is being made on the account. You can also view the student’s top 3 major options and if they have been accepted or denied from a major.
Instructions:
Search using the students ID number
Select “Include History” to ensure that all application history is included
If multiple applications appear in the search select the most recent application or term
Select Application Program Data to view the application history, a student’s decision, and major selection
Select Application Data to view the students admit type and application date and level
The checklist feature includes all of the documents a student must submit to complete their application or any other populated checklists (I-20, BacMen, etc). This feature will also include any missing items a student may have.
Instructions:
Search the students ID number
If multiple checklists appear, select the most recent application or term
On the Checklist Management 1 tab you will see the name of the checklist, whether the checklist is Complete or initiated and the status date
Checklist Management 2 tab will include a detailed list of all documents needed, when the document was processed, if it has been initiated or if it has been completed or waived.
This section will indicate whether a transcript is received and you can also check a students calculated class rank and evaluated courses.

Go to Maintain Applications and search the students ID
Select Application Program Data
At the bottom of the page select the “go” button to go to the Education Tab
On External Education you can see is a transcript is received. (image 6.1)
On Transcript Summary there is a rank button that you can select to view the rank (image 6.1)
The percentile listed is inverted so subtract the percentile from 100 to get the student percentage class rank.
If you select the Courses and Degree tab all evaluated courses will be listed under courses and degrees.
This feature allows you to view a students calculated GPA for transfer student applicants. Once an application has been evaluated a GPA will populate.

Search the students ID
View the calculated GPA listed. Keep in mind students who apply in impacted majors will have their GPA calculated in multiple fields
In this section you will find all test scores for ACT, SAT, TSI, TOEFL, IELTS or AP credit.
Search the students ID number or name
Under Test Components select View All to see the full scores
ACT total score will be listed as “COMP”. If you see multiple rows with that title, the student has taken the test multiple times
SAT total scores will be listed as “TOTAL” for the Redesigned SAT and “SATT” for the SAT. If you see multiple rows with that title, the student has taken the test multiple times.
Multiple pages will exist if student has taken several tests. Select view all to see all pages.
On this tab you can view a students account summary including payments that have been made or fees that have been added to a students account. This feature can be used to determine if a student has paid or added the orientation fee on their account.

Select the Student Financials icon on the main homepage
Select View Customer Accounts and search the students ID number and Business Unit
If a student owes a total, it will be listed under “Total”. If the student does not owe any money the “Total” will be zero
To see the details of a transaction or fee click on Account Details
Under account details you will see the orientation fee listed. If a student has paid the orientation fee a negative amount will be listed under the fee details
This section provides you a student’s event registration and also informs you if a student has been marked as attended at an event. This is helpful when confirming a student’s registration for NSO or to see if they have attended and a hold needs to be removed.

Search the student ID
All events will appear under the students account
If the event section is clear then they are not registered for the session.
To look at whether they have attend, select “Meeting” and view the status
This section provides you a general view of a student's account. It almost mirrors what students see when they log in to the "Sudent Center" of their myUH account. Because the information on this page and tabs are holistic overviews, it IS NOT the best place to get information on a student's file. This is a good starting point for looking into a student's account, but should NOT be used as the total look at a student's account. There are a few instances where you will need to use the student center instead of another screen:
