International students and domestics students with international course work are evaluated for admission by the University’s International Processing team. Each applicant is assigned an admit type that fits the student’s case. The following are the six admit types with explanations:
1. IF1: A freshman student who is a non-US Citizen on a visa attending a US accredited HS.
2. IF4: A freshman student who is a non-US Citizen on a visa graduating with foreign credentials.
3. FR3: A freshman student who is a US Citizen/Permanent Resident graduating with foreign credentials.
4. IT1: A transfer student who is a non-US Citizen on a visa attending a US accredited Institute of higher education.
5. IT4: A transfer student who is a non-US Citizen on a Visa Transferring with International College Credits
6. TR3: A transfer student who is a US Citizen/Permanent Resident with International College Credits.
