Answering your business email promptly should be a priority. Not only are emails an important communication line with students, but it is often used by them to gauge trustworthiness.
Steps to constructing a well-written email:
Make sure that you are using full sentences and language of care
Do not use abbreviations or colloquial language
Make sure e-mails include proper greeting and closing.
Address the student/parent/guardian etc. with a level of formality.
Check grammar, spelling, syntax structure etc.
Confirm that all questions are being addressed.
