Element c: Teachers engage students as individuals, including those with diverse needs and interests, across a range of ability levels by adapting their teaching for the benefit of all students.
My first artifact is the differentiation in my second lesson plan for linocut prints. I feel like by including these differentiation tactics, I can establish an inclusive learning environment for all students, as said in element c. I feel like I can definitely grow in this area if element c of standard 2. Thinking ahead for what my students might need to fit their learning style can be difficult because I feel like things come up as I go. That is a big part of growing as a new teacher though.
2. My second artifact is my post lesson #2 reflection. I talk about how I could've changed my instruction to better fit the students needs. I could've done two separate demonstration groups so they could see better and close up. I feel like I have grown in this standard this semester. Now, in the future I'll know how to better do demonstrations to fit a diverse population of students.
