Renovating Limestone by Diamond Polishing Its Surface

Surface renovation is followed by grout repair.

After cleaning, some of the limestone tiles near the cooker and other traffic areas looked dull and scratched.

The best way to give a floor an even appearance is be diamond polishing.

Diamond honing resurfaces the floor, taking off the damaged surface, revealing a new, smooth, clean surface.

The tiles were resurfaced with the honing pads, giving them a smooth, even colour.

Some of the surface scratches were quite visible. So I started honing with 100 grit diamond pads.

I followed the 100 grit diamond honing with 200 grit diamond honing to give the floor a smooth, even finish.
