With the political unrest in Hong Kong the spring 2020 AAGS conference there was cancelled. Attempts to  reschedule another conference for autumn 2020 in Tokyo were also disrupted by COVID 19, as were the plans for 2021. So the Executive Board took the difficult decision to close down the AAGS for the foreseeable future. This website will be maintained as an archive only version and will not be updated any more. And the old executive board emails will no longer work. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has taken part in any and all AAGS events over the years. Your contributions were very much appreciated.
