The third portion of this guide includes a range of interventions aimed at improving 9th Grade On-Track rates that have been implemented within the District.
Many of the identified Improvement Interventions emerge from SDP working groups including 9th Grade Academies, the 9th Grade Success Network, the Principal Design Group, and participants in Leadership Convenings (formerly Benchmarking, Analytics, and Management) working sessions.
These intervention resources include recommendations for planning intervention strategies, building 9th Grade On-Track culture, and relationship building; as well as specific interventions for attendance, behavior, course-failures, and specific student groups (e.g. SPED, ELL, etc.).
