Judy Morrill studied abroad in Paris in 1982. She majored in Political Science and French while at Hollins. While she was abroad in Paris, she purchased this Eurail map, which details the western part of the continent. The eastern half of Europe is unlabeled due to the Soviet satellite countries, to which travel was not permitted independently. The routes detailed in pen were taken by Judy and her Hollins friends. She traveled during the school year; however, over the summer of 1982, she traveled for two months with said friends! The Eurail was very accessible to her and her friends; it provided them with many adventures and fun times.
