Are you happy and content with how you look?
Grace
“Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.” (Proverbs 30:31)
Women who strive for inner beauty radiates this beauty from within. Women go through so many challenges to look good. With the many demands in the home, childbearing and rearing, their bodies go through transformation – they gain weight, have white hair, wrinkles, and all.
To most women, they feel that they should be loved for who they are and not for how they look. True, but they should at least resemble the woman the husband married.
Ways by which women and men can look and feel good:
· Take great effort to eat a balanced diet
· Have regular exercise
· Use make-up to enhance how you look
· Get a hairstyle your spouse likes
· Proper hygiene
· Wear clothes that highlight their best assets
When women look good, they feel good, and they make their husbands feel good. They always want to show off their wife to their friends, and how well wives look illuminates how well husbands are taking care of them.
Having an attractive spouse is a primary need of men. Women, however, also need their husband to look good to show that they are well taken cared off too.
Holiness attracts. May you draw each other closer to Christ.

Questions for HER:
Do I take my husband’s need for me to be attractive seriously? If not, why not?
Does my husband genuinely like the way I look? Why or why not?
How much care do I put in taking care of how I look?
Questions for HIM:
Do I really like how my wife look or do I just say I do?
How does my physical appearance affect my wife’s attitude toward hers? Do I get lazy about how I look?
Go Forth
Look at some of your old photos (from college and from you were dating). Compare these with how you both look today.
Discuss with your spouse what changes you can do to look and feel better physically. Both husband and wife can come up with action plans and pledge support for each other.
