Eileen Chin serves as President & CEO of R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (R.M. Chin), a M/W/DBE firm providing expert project, program, and construction management, owner’s representation, public involvement, quality management, design, and engineering consulting services for leading public and private entities in the transportation, aviation, and buildings sectors. Since the firm’s inception in 1989, we have built our business on integrity, trust, and an unwavering commitment to exceeding expectations.

Eileen directs the firm’s strategic vision while leading business development and client relations. She manages the firm’s operations with a strong emphasis on corporate culture. She oversees a senior team that is responsible for project delivery, operations, marketing, corporate development, and finance. Under her guidance, the firm has grown by more than 40 percent in five years.

Eileen’s commitment to the community and diversity is evident in her numerous civic and community affiliations. Eileen serves as a Board member for several high-profile organizations, advocating for sound regional growth and transportation. Involved in her local community, Eileen serves as a Board Director for the Chinese American Service League and Board of Director for the Chinatown Chamber of Commerce.  She is a supporter of several non-profit organizations, including the Board of Directors for Navy Pier, and a past Board Member for the Chicago Sinfonietta, the nation’s most diverse symphonic orchestra. She is involved in several trade organizations, where she serves as the Advisory Board for the Women in Transportation Seminar, Illinois Road and Transportation Association, and Association of Asian American Construction Enterprises, where she promotes diversity and inclusion in the infrastructure industry.

Prior to joining R.M. Chin, Eileen served as a communications strategist implementing numerous communications outreach efforts for major capital projects across the Chicago area, specifically in the aviation sector. Most notably, she oversaw the communications programs for the historic redevelopment of Midway International Airport. She also worked with former Mayor Richard M. Daley’s aviation team to advance the O’Hare Modernization Program and various other transportation-related efforts.
