Bob believes that, at Power, who we build is as important as what we build; dedicating a significant portion of his time to the growth and development of Power people, especially our youth.  His executive oversight of our Recruiting and Learning and Development teams, & hands-on involvement in developing our Project Engineers, ensures this investment.

Bob’s extracurricular activities include board-level guidance & fundraising support for numerous non-profits primarily focused on health care, enhanced education for under-served youth & creating opportunities for our underserved population in the construction industry.  Of note, he helped raise over $1.5 Million for Lurie Children’s and has coached over 40 youth soccer and basketball teams.
