Deidra has eighteen years of CTE experience, with ten years as a CTE instructor and eight years in various positions that have allowed her to focus her passion; connecting education to industry throughout the region.
Christy Biancullo brings more than a decade of experience to all things Career and Technical Education (CTE). As a former law enforcement official, military veteran and small business owner specializing in fitness, Christy deeply understands the importance of vocational opportunities. Christy obtained a Designated Subjects Credential in many different career pathways and began her career writing curriculum for the Regional Occupational Program that supports Career and Technical Education courses. She later became a CTE High School Teacher, CTE Department Chair, Work Experience Coordinator and Site Administrator at secondary and primary schools.
Christy is currently employed in management at San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools as a Curriculum Specialist and K-12 Pathway Coordinator assigned to the Chaffey College service area. She has oversight of The Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Perkins V), CTE Incentive Grant (CTEIG), and Strong Workforce Program Grant (K-12 SWP). Her specialities include workforce development, articulation agreements and dual enrollment. She is an adjunct faculty member in the Social and Behavioral Science Department at the University of California, Riverside Professional Studies Extension. She received her undergraduate degree from California State University, San Bernardino in Criminal Justice and her Masters of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Administration from Colorado State University.
