Student Council

The 2020 Student Council election has been like no other before! After all, when have we ever seen campaign slideshows and speeches not spoken? After a close election with a high amount of candidates, we have the results. On the executive board, serving as our President is Harrison Sorger, serving as Vice President is Jane Sorger, fulfilling the role of Treasurer is Leah Bachan, and performing the job of Recorder is Reece Luftglass. For Grade Presidents, we have 5th-grade class president Molly Walsh, 6th-grade class president Cece Manis, 7th-grade class president Robert (RJ) Mack, and 8th-grade class president Brody Sperling. The new student council will do fundraisers for the school, decide on spirit days, and generally be role models. You can help with the student council by dropping ideas in your classes' virtual idea-box. These will be shared by homeroom representatives in the student council meetings and may be voted on! For example, have you ever wanted a Star Wars spirit day? Then suggest it to your homeroom representatives, and you may soonbe dressing up like Luke Skywalker.
