Star Student

Verona Rocks is a small club created by 5th-grade student Anna Lilley when she was in 1st grade. They go all around town doing kind things for Verona and all surrounding towns as well. Verona Rocks has done many great things to help out our community, including holiday caroling at a nursing home, a lemonade stand to help fund our school (they made and donated over $200!), and they were even a part of this year’s Handmade Holiday Card Drive, where cards handmade by H.B. Whitehorne students were be sent to cancer patients at St. Barnabas Hospital. This awesome group of kids, just like you, are helping to change the world one step at a time and are always open to new members.
