Parking Permits Are Required to park at VHS
Students who drive and want to park in one of our parking lots must display a parking permit in the vehicle. To obtain a parking permit, you must complete three steps:
Step 1 - Complete the Google Form and upload the required and valid documents.
Step 2 - Print, read, and sign the Student Driving and Parking Regulations form.
Step 3 - Turn the Student Driving and Parking Regulations Form into the main office.
Students who park in any of our parking lots during school hours without a permit will be required to pay a fine and move their vehicle.
First infraction = $5 and move vehicle
Second infraction = $10 and move vehicle
Third infraction = $15, move vehicle, and possible consequences from SRO Cracolice.
Fourth infraction = $30 and ISS/OSS for insubordination.
All fines will be placed on the students' Infinite Campus account and must be paid before the last day of school.
DRIVING AND PARKING REGULATIONS
Driving and parking on campus are privileges, not rights, and may be revoked if a student fails to comply with the following regulations:

The student parking decal or hang-tag must be displayed through the front windshield, and the permit number must be easily viewed from outside the vehicle at all times while on campus.
The parking decal or hang tag must only be used for the vehicle identified with this permit. Any changes in vehicle use or the vehicle driven to school must be submitted to the school immediately.
Parking Permits are non-transferable.
Unauthorized vehicles will not be permitted on campus.
Infractions may result in a school-issued consequence.
Discourteous, reckless, or defiant road behavior.
Exceeding the speed limit by 15 mph on campus.
Parking in a non-designated parking area such as facility or visitor parking.
Excessive noise from stereo systems.
Expired registration, insurance, or driver’s license.
Infractions that may result in the loss of student parking privileges.
Unsafe acts (e.g., riding on car hoods, bumpers, fenders, running boards, spinning wheels, burning rubber, etc.) will result in suspension of parking privileges.
Remaining in parking lots or sitting in parked vehicles before school, during school, during lunch, or after the school day.
Third infraction for parking in a non-designated parking lot such as facility or visitor parking.
Any student caught duplicating or falsifying a parking permit or transferring the permit to another person will lose their parking permit privilege.
Not reporting an accident on campus to the administration by the student(s) involved.
Vehicles and parking lots are OFF LIMITS to students during the school day. If a student needs to access their vehicle during the day, they MUST obtain a pass from the Main Office.

All students need to print, review, and complete the
Student Driving and Parking Regulations Form (Step 2)
with the necessary signatures. Form is linked above as well.
All students will receive a new permit for the 26-27 school year and must bring the Student Driving and Parking Regulation Form to the main office to receive it.
Remember, parking is a privilege at Vallivue High School. Failure to comply will result in your loss of driving privileges on campus.
