LUNCHROOM REGULATIONS
The cafeteria offers balanced lunches to students at a reasonable price. When available, the snack bar offers alternative selections to the school hot lunch. In order to maintain a clean building and campus, all students are required to cooperate with the cafeteria personnel and keep the cafeteria as clean as possible. Students who violate these rules will be required to help clean up during lunch and/or will have to eat lunch in the in-school suspension room for the length of time specified by one of the administrators. The snack bar may also be closed for a time if the cafeteria gets too messy because students have not picked up their trash. Students in the serving lines are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous and orderly manner. Arriving prior to the bell or cutting in the serving line is prohibited.
Do not crowd, push or roughhouse in the serving lines or at the snack bar.
Do not throw food or debris of any kind. Pick up after yourself and put it in the recycling wastebaskets.
Do not take food into the halls or classrooms without written permission from a teacher or club advisor for a meeting.
Students must sit at the tables but not on them. Eating outside is a privilege; students are expected to clean up after themselves or face losing the option to take food items outside.
If you purchase a second lunch, please tell the cashier that it is your second one.
Students must stay in the area in front of the commons and not go around the building or into the parking lots. Students are asked to not block the doors to front entrances.
All students must have a pass to access the academic wing during lunch.
Due to school board policy, students are not allowed to leave campus during lunch. (See CLOSED CAMPUS POLICY)
Fast food may NOT be delivered to students during the school day. In addition, use of delivery services (i.e. Door Dash, Grub Hub, etc.) during school hours is prohibited. Any and all such deliveries will NOT be accepted.
