Rugby is the ultimate inclusive sport, with players of all abilities, ages, sizes, and speed being important for a successful team outcome! Through fun exercises and games, the rugby club will introduce you to the rules of the game, teach rugby techniques and skills, but you will also learn what it takes to be a true rugby player focussing on teamwork and respect for eachother.  Why not give rugby a try and join our community club!
