Maggie Holman

Maggie Holman is an author, a writing and drama tutor and an English teacher. She has forty

years teaching experience and recently ran a creative writing after school club for eight years at

the Amsterdam International Community School (AICS). She has written five books of fantasy

fiction: ‘The Wishing Sisters’, ‘The Knocking’, ‘The Things We’ve Seen’, ‘Footprints in the Snow’

and ’Save the White Stag’. She has also written the children’s plays ‘Pirate Pete’s Kebabs’, ‘Five

Minutes of Fame’, ‘Robot Rabbit and the Easter Egg Trick’ and ‘Chocolate Power – Fight for Your

Right to Eat Chocolate’, while ‘Are You Sitting Comfortably?’, ‘Voices’ and ‘Limbo’ are for an

older cast. Maggie currently runs a drama group for adults (in English) in Maastricht.
