Welcome to the Co-Curricular Community Clubs website, at UWC Maastricht.
We offer UWC Primary- and Secondary students (KG-Y11) a wide selection of clubs in Sports and Creativities.
You will find an introduction to all clubs and club instructors in our top-right menu, but also a short summary of our history and club policies.

UWC Maastricht wants to equip students with life skills needed to ensure their social and emotional well-being. A lot of learning happens inside the classroom, but we encourage students to further develop their talents through participation in after school Community Clubs.
These clubs take place every school day, except during School breaks, National Holidays and Conference Days.
You can find all term dates on the UWC Maastricht website.
Primary school clubs run mon-fri, between 15:15-16:15.
On Friday's we also offer clubs for the Younger Years (KG -Y3) between 12:00 and 13:00.
Secondary school clubs run between 15:30-16:30.

Round 1
Monday, September 7 at 19:00 – Friday, September 11 at 09:00
Round 2
Friday, September 11 at 19:00 – Monday, September 14 at 09:00
How does registration work?
Registration takes place in two rounds. We use two rounds to give as many clubs as possible the opportunity to run.
For a club to start, a minimum number of registrations is needed:
Primary clubs: minimum 8 students
Secondary clubs: minimum 5 students
After Round 1, we look at the interest in each club. Primary clubs with fewer than 5 registrations and Secondary clubs with fewer than 3 registrations will be cancelled.
The remaining clubs will continue into Round 2, giving them another opportunity to reach the number of students needed to run. Students whose first-choice club was cancelled will also have the chance to choose another available club during Round 2.
After Round 2, the final clubs will be confirmed, and parents will be informed which clubs will go ahead or are cancelled.
Registration System
A link to the Community Clubs registration page will be available on our website during both registration rounds. This link will remain available throughout the registration dates and times listed above.
We use the Parent Evening System for Community Clubs registration. Parents will need to log in using their iSAMS credentials provided through UWC Maastricht.
To make registration as smooth as possible, we recommend checking that your login details are working well before registration opens.

Please read the following section in order to avoid any confusion as to whether the Music school clubs are part of the Co-Curricular Community Clubs.
Music School
The UWCM Music school provides a wide ranch of music lessons including: voice, guitar, flute, clarinet, drums, violin, viola, classical & jazz piano, cello and music production. The UWCM Music School encourages students to explore new horizons through the language of music, celebration of diversity, and sharing their artistry at various performances, events, and workshops.
The lessons are open to Primary and Secondary students, UWCM staff members, and parents. Lessons take place on campus. Questions? For more information please email musicschool@uwcmaastricht.nl or visit the website.
