What’s the right dress code? Should they exist at all? Surely, students shouldn’t wear clothing that promotes violence, or illegal activities. School is place of learning, not distraction. But when you have people deciding when you do and don’t look appropriate, thinks can get sticky.

There are many to spend your lunch at Ukiah High, but if you want to get involved, joining a club is the fastest way to do it while making new friends. There are over 20 clubs on campus. Here are three that might be the right fit for you:
R. Kelly and His Assortment of Women: A Potential Cult
As many may know, R. Kelly, or Robert Kelly, is a successful American R&B artist. Starting in 1993, R. Kelly has had several top hits and has been greatly admired in the music world. As his career continued, Kelly gained mass amounts of fans and followers. As he has aged, Kelly has began to mentor young new artists, particularly female, to make it in the music industry. Although this may seem like nothing but a kind gesture, there have been several reports that may say otherwise.
Senior Sunrise: A Reflection
Senior Sunrise is a heartwarming, yet heartbreaking, event for the seniors. It is a symbolic beginning of the end of our high school career. Seniors gathered at 6:15 on the bleachers on the first Friday of the year. They all huddled together with donuts, waiting before light peeked over mountains on the horizon. Thinking back on their high school career and how different their lives would be next year. Some are going to be gone next year missing their teachers and their younger friends they will no longer have the warm, comforting familiar feeling of the Ukiah High campus.
