Executive Board
The Commission on Elections - Commerce Unit Executive Board is a vital body responsible for monitoring electoral processes and ensuring that elections are implemented in a manner that is fair, transparent, and honest. With its composition of 12 Commissioners, the board plays a crucial role in upholding the principles of Thomasian democracy and protecting the integrity of the electoral system. They shall likewise promote the responsibility and commitment deeply linked to student governance, thereby paving the way for potential leaders to strengthen the UST College of Commerce and Business Administration’s diverse stages of student representation.
The Executive Board contains the following positions:

Vice Chairperson
Secretary to the Executive
Legal Head
Secretary to the Adjudicatory
Securities Officer
Finance Officer
Logistics Officer
Operations Officer
Public Information Officer
Central Representative
Deputy Head
Executive Coordinator
Exercises the authority to delegate tasks to the Executive Associates for the purpose of assistance given out by his/her respective Executive Board member. Executive Coordinators shall have his/her respective Executive Board member's contact details in case there are urgent concerns from other EBs, teams, and EAs. Liaison and communication: Acting as a point of contact between different individuals or departments, relaying messages, and facilitating effective communication.
Executive Associate
Serve as an understudy of their chosen department within the Commission. They shall perform all delegated tasks that may be assigned to him/her within the Commission. They shall not disclose any information about the Commission unless given permission to do so. They shall not be affiliated with the local or central student council nor any political parties in the College and/or University. Executive Associates shall perform such other functions as may be required by his office or as the Chairperson of the Local COMELEC may assign.
Class Deputy
Class Deputy acts as a Representative of the COMMISSION to their respective blocks. They shall be responsible for doing their assigned task disseminated to them by the COMMISSION and/or the Deputy Head of the COMMISSION on all election related matters. They must be able to attend all important meetings held by the COMMISSION. They shall not disclose any information about the COMMISSION unless given permission to do so. Class Deputy shall not be affiliated with the local or central student council nor any political parties in the College and/or University.
