THE COMMITTEES
PARTNERSHIP & SPONSORSHIP COMMITTEE
Role:
Responsible for managing future partnerships and event sponsorships on behalf of the Commission.
Qualification:
Should be knowledgeable, or at least willing to learn in creating Primers, Invitations, and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
TECHNICAL COMMITTEE
Role:
Responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of all events, whether they are conducted in-person or virtually.
Qualification:
Knows at least one of the following:
Powerpoint Maker
Facilitator of event sound system
Record or Broadcast event through live streaming
Making sure that the event runs smoothly
Hosting
SOCIAL MEDIA & WEBSITE COMMITTEE
Role:
In charge of boosting of recent posts of the Commission in social media platforms
Informs the deputy head regarding the posts that needs to be disseminated per block
Monitors the day and time slots of postings in the Commission’s social media accounts
Monitors the website for any necessary updates and problems
Qualification:
Knowledgeable with the use of the following social media platforms:
Facebook
Instagram
Twitter
Willing to update the Social Media Tracker from time to time
Willing to allot time in editing the website if needed
DOCUMENTATION COMMITTEE
Role:
In charge of taking photos and videos of the events related to the Commission, or University wide ones if needed.
Will edit and process the photos lined-up for posting
Create and/or edit videos for the Commission
Qualification:
Applicants must possess at least one of the following:
Photography skills
Videographer skills
Editing skills
Must have their own camera or high quality phone/s.
Must have access to different editing software (without watermark)
