SECRETARY TO THE EXECUTIVE

• Prepares and files communications and documents of the Local COMELEC.

• Records the proceedings of the meetings of the Local COMELEC.

• Is responsible for the safekeeping of the records and documents of the Local COMELEC.

• Furnishes copies of the minutes of the meetings to the members of the Local COMELEC on the immediate succeeding meeting and provide copies of other records and documents as may be requested.

• Performs such other functions as may be required by his/her office or as the Chairperson of the Local COMELEC may assign.
