CHAIRPERSON

• Performs executive duties, functions and responsibilities, such as but not limited to signing of all documents and communications of COMELEC.

• Presides over the meetings of the COMELEC.

• Presents the UST Student's Election Code to the COMELEC.

• Exercises such other powers, which are inherent in his/her office and shall perform such other duties as may be necessary or incidental to the performance of his/her function or as the COMELEC may provide.

VICE CHAIRPERSON

• Coordinates internal and external affairs of the Local COMELEC.

• Performs the executive duties, functions and responsibilities of the Chairperson in case of absence of such.

• Acts as an Ex-Officio member of the Legal Division.

• Performs such other functions as may be required by his/her officer or as the Chairperson of the Local COMELEC may assign.

Current Vice Chairperson: Estacio, Bianca, D. 

CENTRAL REPRESENTATIVE

• Extension of the Commerce COMELEC to the Central COMELEC.

• Briefs the Local COMELEC about the announcements and happenings in the Central COMELEC.

• Performs such other functions as may be required by his/her office or as the Chairperson of the Local COMELEC may assign.

DEPUTY HEAD

• Directly supervises all of the Commissioner's class deputies and executive associates.

• Is responsible for the information dissemination to all class deputies and executive associates.

• Reports to the Commission on matters concerning deputy morale and welfare.

• Performs such other functions as may be required by his/her office or as the Chairperson of the Local COMELEC may assign.
