Jill Laing USDB: Outreach Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing from Utah State University. She was a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for six years working with deaf and hard of hearing adults. She taught deaf secondary classrooms in Phoenix, Arizona, and Orem, Utah. As an outreach teacher, she works with students with listening and language or ASL/English at the PK - 12th grade level.
