Technology workshop:
Class Dojo
The tool was created after hundreds of teachers were surveyed and reported that discipline management was their biggest challenge in the classroom. Class Dojo provides positive reinforcement and encouragement in the classroom instead of discipline and punishment. It has gone viral with tens of thousands of users in dozens of countries and is now available in several languages. It has evolved from a website to a mobile application that teachers, parents and students can easily access from anywhere.
Research at the library
Countries Research: Group Project
During the semester we have learned about various countries. Now we will apply all of our knowledge while writing and creating art. We will write about the six countries we learned about: China, Mexico, United States, Italy, France and Spain. We will compose PARAGRAPHS and create cardboard three- dimensional representations inspired on the traditions and customs of those countries.

As part of my class, I created a Trivia Game to review the topic, this game has a song (with different sounds to maintain focus), tells the students if the answer is correct or not, and has different ways of assessing (multiple choice, true or false, identify). This is a fun and dynamic way of reviewing material and integrating the whole class.
